The S43 series fine hexagonal sieve is a high-performance hexagonal vibrating screening equipment. It is specifically designed for the fine classification of sand particles in the old sand regeneration systems of modern foundries, such as resin sand, sodium silicate sand, and coated sand. This equipment adopts a hexagonal sieve structure + dual-axis inertial vibration + fully enclosed dust-proof design, achieving efficient screening of sand particles with a diameter ranging from 0.1 to 3.0 mm.
Feeding: Reclaimed sand is fed uniformly into the inlet via vibratory feeder or belt conveyor, ensuring even distribution across the screen deck.
Hexagonal Screening: The screen box generates directional elliptical vibration via a dual-shaft inertial exciter. Advantage: 25% larger open area vs. round holes, less clogging, and >30% higher screening efficiency.
Multi-Zone Discharge: Properly sized sand exits via main outlet; particles ≤0.1mm exit via bottom dust outlet; light contaminants are carried by airflow to the impurity outlet.
