Do you provide installation services?
We provide detailed installation drawings and videos for free. If necessary, we can dispatch engineers or instructors to construction sites, particularly for large-scale projects.
Do you accept container loading inspections?
You are welcome to send inspectors to our workshop for Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), both for container loading and at any stage during the production process.
Do you offer custom design services?
Yes, we can design full solution drawings based on your specific requirements using professional software such as Auto CAD, PKPM, MTS, and 3D3S.
What is the expected delivery time?
Delivery time depends on order quantities and our current schedule. Generally, delivery can be as fast as 3 days due to our high productivity, while normal orders typically range from 15 days to one month.
