Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples for standard products. For non-standard customized samples requiring new molds, a mold fee may apply.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For non-standard items, the MOQ is typically 1-2 tons depending on the complexity and size. Mold fees are refundable after reaching a specific order volume.
What is the typical delivery and production time?
Samples usually take 15-30 days. Mass production typically requires 25-50 days, depending on the specific quantity ordered.
What payment and delivery terms do you accept?
We accept FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, and Express Delivery. Payment can be made via T/T, L/C, PayPal, or Western Union in USD, EUR, or CNY.
