How long does it take to receive samples?

Pattern creation takes 30-45 days after order. Samples are typically ready 30 days after the pattern is finished. Note that lead times refer to production and do not include transportation.

What is the new product development process?

After receiving the tooling and sample order with a 50% deposit, we hold a departmental meeting to set the schedule. We then design and manufacture molds, fixtures, and gauges in-house, followed by machining, inspection, and sending the sample with an initial report.

How long is the manufacturing lead time for mass production?

Mass production typically takes 90 days after sample approval. This includes general production and transportation time. Special arrangements can be made for urgent customer needs.

How do you manage quality control?

We perform APQP at early stages, implement strict product and process requirements, and conduct patrol inspections. Final audits and inspections are performed before goods are packed and dispatched.

What are the standard payment terms?

We generally request 50% of the tooling fee in advance, with the balance due upon sample acceptance. For production, we prefer a 50% deposit and the balance via T/T before shipping. Terms are negotiable for long-term partners.

How long does shipping take from China?

By sea, it takes about 5-6 weeks to European ports and 2-3 weeks to US ports. By air, delivery to most major international destinations takes approximately 7 days.
