The Xiongdong area serves as a critical component of the Xiongxian Group, ensuring the efficient relocation of residents around the high-speed rail hub. To build a complete infrastructure and provide high-quality public services, Container resettlement housing solutions have been introduced, facilitating rapid and efficient settlement.

Currently, the first-phase container relocation residential area and public service facilities have been completed. The project addresses the immediate housing needs caused by demolition, with nine container resettlement houses built in the initial phase, capable of accommodating approximately 1,500 people.

The modular container house is a prefabricated building where all components are produced in the factory and assembled on-site. Installation is exceptionally fast; three skilled workers can install three boxes per day. These units feature a neat and beautiful appearance, creating a friendly living space with a strong sense of belonging.
