Modular Integrated Construction (MiC)

What is MiC?
Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) is an innovative construction method where the building is substantially completed off-site. This significantly reduces on-site construction processes, enhances site safety, and achieves higher productivity.

  • Manufacture: Free-standing integrated modules (with finishes, fixtures, and fittings) built in a factory.
  • Transport: Modules are transported directly to the construction site.
  • Installation: Modules are installed to form a complete building.

Our Modular Integrated Construction system can be built up to 40 stories. It is ideal for schools, apartments, hospitals, dormitories, and office buildings.

1. Steel MiC

Formed of structural steel members as the main frame and RC slab as the floor system. Designed for serviceability and ultimate limit states.

Cycle: 10-15 days production per unit.

2. Concrete MiC

Capacity up to 180,000 sqm. Includes automatic steel processing, QSPSC certificated labs, and advanced mixing stations.

Feature: Sewage treatment and dust collectors included.

3. Aluminum MiC

Main frame, interior decoration, and exterior claddings are all made of aluminum. Ideal for mobile houses up to 4 stories.

Cycle: 10 days production per unit.

Frequently Asked Questions
How high can MiC buildings be constructed?
Our current Modular Integrated Construction system is designed to support buildings up to 40 stories high.
What are the main benefits of using modular construction?
It reduces on-site labor, shortens construction schedules by up to 50%, improves safety, and ensures higher quality control through factory manufacturing.
Are these buildings resistant to natural disasters?
Yes, our modules are designed for Typhoon-level wind resistance and M6 Earthquake resistance.
How long does it take to produce one module?
Depending on the material (Steel, Concrete, or Aluminum), the production cycle per unit typically ranges from 10 to 15 days.
Can the design be customized?
Absolutely. All three series of MiC (Steel, Concrete, and Aluminum) can be fully customized according to the client's specific architectural and functional demands.
